#1... PIZZA SPREAD (compliments of Dave)Ready in 15 Minutes or lessFor a satisfying snack, spread slices of French bread with this thick cheesy mixture. It's a very adaptable recipe, It would also be good with Italian sausage instead of ground beef. --Beverly Mons, Middletown, New York
In a saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in marinara sauce and oregano. Gradually stir in cheese until melted. Pour into a fondue pot or small slow cooker to keep warm. Serve with bread. Yield: 8 - 10 servings. |

#3... Here's recipe from (Steve)BAKED TILAPIA FILET'S
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Make sure fish has thawed completely. Salt and pepper fish on both sides. Place in Aluminum foil. Pour 1/4 can of tomatoes over the fish. Place 1-2 lemon slices on top. Seal in Aluminum foil making a pouch. Cook in oven for 15 - 20 minutes. Yield: 4 servings. Note: you can do this in a glass pan, but you get better results in a foil pouch. |
