This I hope will be a place that our family can put stuff about our family. Things like pictures you have taken and want to share. Each of us can have a page with things that interest you. It will take some time to get use to this. Be careful what you put here (no passwords, e-mail addresses, telephone/cell numbers or the like).

These are some pictures I added to see how to add an image; it works real easy.
I have set up a page for each of us, so go head and play with it. Just go to EasyEdit and you should be able to add your thoughts and pictures. The edit tool works much like a Word Processor with a few other tools on it like Image and Table and Link. Check out Dave's Page for example (Links I like).

Again, be careful what you add to your page (no tel. nos., addresses, email addresses,passwords or other information like that).You should be able to put in other links, etc.though. So go head, have fun!


Getting started
  1. First apply to write, that means getting an account.
  2. Once you have signed up, you will be able to edit your pages, after your status is updated.
  3. Don't forget user-name or password for your account - I can't help you with that part.
  4. As time goes on you will see how you can change things on this site.
  5. You can add pages to your page section; make sure that you are on your page before you add a new page to it - that way everything will be kept in your folder (page).
  6. Yet you can edit any place if you see mistakes. There can be some locked pages you can't edit - it will show a small lock by the pencil.

Give this a try - it can be fun. For those that are using dialup, it may seem slow putting pictures on but give it a try. Just play around with it and just have fun OK!

Main Home Page - Family Chatters
Note that each person has an empty start page and the down arrow shows that under each one of them there is a photo page. That page is just a template to start up with.
All you need to do is click on a place holder (that's the box with an x in it),
a small box comes up and allows you to remove the place holder and add your own picture.
Select it from your pictures on your computer. See Attachments for better information on how to do this.
You will see once you install it, another box will come up and let you position what picture looks like

and size it with a plus or minus button in it.
