Our Senior Moments
Here's some of our "senior moments". We've gotten lots of laughs out of Lyn's, so now it's our turn to share ours. Enjoy reading and laughing as you do it - laughter is good for the soul! -Patti| July 2008 It's been extremely warm and humid these July days so the less one wears, the more comfortable one is. Well we decided we'd put on bermuda shorts and be comforable one hot July day. I brought out a pair for Bob to wear and then I put on a pair. Bob insisted they were not HIS, but I kept telling him whose else's would they be, since they wouldn't fit our son Jeff. Later while sitting at the lunch table, I got to looking at the bermuda shorts Bob had on and asked him how they fit. Bob's response was that they seemed a little TIGHT! I couldn't figure out why, but in looking closer I realized that I had given him a pair of MINE to put on. You see mine also had a placket in the front, so how was to know I'd given him the WRONG ones to wear. Well, you can imagine we had a good laugh. Bob went and put on a pair of HIS bermuda shorts and was much much more comfortable! |
