Our Sister: Lorraine
This photo of Lorraine was taken by Skip, I believe. Wasn't she pretty - my older sister Lorraine had the voice of an angel when she sang - she was my best friend when I graduated from high school. She asked me to come find a job near where she lived and so I did and got to enjoy her children in their younger years. We went to the same church and I got to play for her and the pastor and wife as they sang specials. She made her cute little house very homey - she was neat as a pin and a wonderful cook to boot. I cherish my memories of her and how close we were. My mom and I spent special times with her during her last few years. I still miss her, but I know she is at peace, her body now whole and she's singing in that heavenly choir - I can just hear her now. I love you Lorraine. - Your sis, Lyn
